We have recently been engaged to design alterations and extensions to this existing Queenslander house in Kangaroo Point.

Our work on this project focuses on renewing the home’s core living spaces including designs for a new kitchen, bathroom, entry sequence and bedroom arrangements. This will bring the house up to a standard expected of Queenslanders for our modern living.

We’re also studying the site’s capacity for future growth, with explorations for a large extension to make it a high spec family home and also exploring the potential for a secondary dwelling.
