John Petrie

Design Director

Leads the studio with a focus on clear ideas, disciplined planning, and architecture that responds carefully to context and use. Takes a hands-on role across projects, guiding design from early concept through to delivery. Outside the studio, enjoys time spent with his 3 young kids, new puppy and snow holidays.

Georgia Mintram

Architecture Graduate

Engages closely with materials, structure, and how buildings are put together. Values design outcomes that are logical, buildable, and enduring. Has a soft spot for well-crafted objects, weekend projects, and hands-on making.

Nina Sapparth

Architecture Graduate

Focused on shaping clear, well-proportioned spaces through careful planning and restraint. Brings a considered approach to layout, scale, and resolution. When not in the office, enjoys slow mornings, good food, and time spent away from screens.

Declan Ferguson

Architecture Graduate

Declan approaches design as a collaborative process refined over time. Focuses on translating strong concepts into clear, deliverable architecture. Outside the studio, enjoys catching up with friends for dinners and wines, fitstop hit outs and noticing well-made things.

Our studio is located at 332 Waterworks Road, Ashgrove in Brisbane, Queensland. We predominantly work on houses in Brisbane but have designed projects across Queensland including Cairns, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Scenic Rim, Somerset and Gold Coast.
